Reform's first budget is a study in short-termism and broken promises.Reform UK Budget raids reserves and sells the family silver to break election pledge on Council Tax.Reform have sacrificed long-term stability in order to prevent a maximum increase in Council Tax which will inevitably cost Kent residents in terms of lost funding for years to come.
