Borough Councillor for Cage Green and Angel Ward
Anna has been a borough councillor since 2021. She has focused on trying to stop overdevelopment on sites in Tonbridge and to reflect the views of local people.
She has been passionate about improving living conditions for those in Tonbridge, regularly lobbying Clarion Housing to support those in difficulties, and raising issues which impact women’s safety, such as lighting areas where they feel unsafe.
Anna wants the council to balance environmental sustainability with delivering effective services, believing that the two can go hand in hand. She is keen that those who are in most need are being catered for, including people living with disabilities, young people and those living in poverty.
