On Sunday, February 2nd, the Tonbridge and Malling Green Party held its monthly cleanup, bringing together a fantastic group of volunteers dedicated to enhancing our beautiful community. We gathered at 10:30 AM outside the Six in One Club on Northwood Road, ready to make a difference. The event was a great success, thanks in part to the support of Kent County Councillors Mark Hood and Judd Ward Councillor Stacey Pilgrim, who joined us in our efforts. Their presence underscored the importance of community engagement in maintaining and improving our local environment.
Together, we picked up litter, beautified our public spaces, and enjoyed some camaraderie along the way. It’s heartening to see so many community members come together for a common cause, proving that collective action can lead to meaningful change.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who participated in this month’s cleanup. Your efforts not only help keep our area tidy but also foster a sense of community spirit and responsibility. If you missed this month’s event, don’t worry!
We invite you to join us for our future cleanups, where everyone is welcome—whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or a first-timer. Together, we can continue to make Tonbridge and Malling a cleaner, greener place for everyone. Stay tuned for our next cleanup date, and thank you for your commitment to our community!
